It has been a long journey but now you stand outside the diviner's door.

You enter and you are taken inside the shrine room where the door is closed to the outside rhythms of the busy world. We enter into a sacred space invoking the ancestors, the earth, mineral, water, and nature spirits. A line of ash has been spread at the door marking this space as holy and only those ancestors and beings that are here to assist us humans in healing the pains in our hearts are invited in.

You sit before the divination cloth. You will see the Dagara cosmology wheel spinning before us and these sacred objects that have been collected, ritualized, and sanctified for this work. I will speak to you about the sections of the wheel - what is called the place of the nature, fire, earth, mineral, and water shrines. What each of these mean.

After that brief explanation, I will ask you what is on your heart and bones today. You may speak with words or quietly place your intentions before the cloth. I will then ask you to take your dominant hand and if you are a woman you will spread the shells and other objects counter-clock-wise, male is clock-wise. After the objects have been spread, I will peer into the wheel of wisdom and tell you what the otherworld tells me:

Please enter into a silent, meditative environment. I would ask that you invoke any of your ancestors, spirit guides, or Holy Beings to enter into this quiet space with you. Place in your hand a coin, does not matter what kind, begin to speak your heart's desires, questions, or concerns into this metal piece. You will then place this coin under your pillow for a single night, asking the otherworld for any dream images to come forth.

Do not be concern if you cannot remember your dreams just be very mindful of any waking thoughts that morning. You are to then take this coin placing it into a tiny bag and mail this to me along with your check. You are welcome to send me a note with any of the questions, concerns that came through during your meditation or any of the dream images or waking morning thoughts.

Once I receive the package, I will call or email you to schedule the appointment. I then take this coin into my Kontomble shrine and I hold this metal object and clear communication happens from the otherworld. I then come to my divination cloth spreading the objects with your energy in my hand.

At that appointed time, you will call and I will allow the otherworld to speak through me reading the stones, the bones, cowrie shells and other objects. I will record the session and mail you the tape but I always invite my clients to write down the ritual prescriptions. As this is the most important aspect of the reading. I also ask that you give yourself some time after the session to journal, reflect, or go for a walk in nature.

It has been my experience that people receiving the divination via the telephone have been impacted by the information coming through just as much as if I am there in person. I look forward to our sacred time together. Reda Rackley
